01. General Agreement

By using any service provided by Rudratech IT Services, you agree to these Rudratech Terms and Conditions. This applies to all our clients and website visitors.

02. Rudratech Service Rules

Web & Software Development

For WordPress, Shopify, and custom software, we work according to the requirements discussed. Any new work or changes requested after the project starts will be charged extra.

Bulk Messaging

Important: You must not use our Bulk SMS services for spam or illegal messages. Rudratech will stop your service immediately if these rules are broken.

03. Payment Policy

  • Advance: A 50% advance payment is required to start any Rudratech project.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before the website or software goes live.
  • Refunds: Advance payments are non-refundable once the work has started.

04. Maintenance (AMC)

The Rudratech Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) covers technical support and small updates. It does not include making a new design or adding big new features to your website.

05. Responsibility

Rudratech Limitation of Liability

Rudratech is not responsible for any data loss, server downtime, or business loss. We use third-party services like Shopify, AWS, and WordPress, and we cannot guarantee they will never have errors. Our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
